A travel bottle is only useful if it fits the bag and holds enough, and a carrier is only safe if the animal fits it lying down. Capacity in ounces, outer dimensions in inches and the manufacturer's weight limit appear on every relevant page. Where a cover is described as water resistant rather than waterproof, we keep the manufacturer's word — the two are not the same thing and upgrading the claim would be the easiest lie on the site.

Orders ship within the United States and prices are in US dollars. Standard shipping is the only option and the timings are set out on the shipping policy page. Grooming items that have been used on a coat or in a bath cannot be resold, so only unopened items in original packaging can be returned under the return and refund policy.
